Chaga adds a vannilla-y richness to the maple syrup, and also brings the dark chaga color to the syrup, while adding its immunity boosting powers as well... super tasty on pancakes, or to sweeten my coffee with a bit of mushroom goodness.
Wildcrafted chaga mushroom (Innotus obliquus) and real Connecticut Maple Syrup (from Mead's Maple Syrup of Canaan, CT), all produced in the Litchfield Hills of Northwest Connecticut.
